Family owned since 1992
Bumblebee Ice Cream Carts, a family owned business, was founded in 1992. The family previously owned a small party store called B&B. There was a small ice cream shop located in the back of the store that brought in many customers. A little boy frequently asked his father if they could go to Bumblebee instead of B&B. The boy's father shared the story with the owners who then decided they would open up an ice cream company and call it Bumblebee Ice Cream Carts.
